Accessibility Statement
23 Daggers (Laughing Dragon Incorporated) is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and screen magnification.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities. We treat WCAG 2.1 AA as our working target for new and existing features.
What we do
- Label form fields and controls so they are announced correctly by screen readers.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for icon-only buttons.
- Support keyboard navigation, including focus management in dialogs and pickers.
- Use semantic headings and structure so pages are navigable without a mouse.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review new features against our standard and fix issues as we find them or as they are reported. Some third-party components (embedded payment forms, calendar widgets, social embeds) are provided by vendors; where a barrier comes from one of those, we work with the vendor or provide an alternative path.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on 23 Daggers, or need help completing a booking or signing a waiver, please contact us at support@23daggers.com and describe the problem and the page where it happened. We will acknowledge your report and work to provide the information or complete the task for you while we fix the underlying issue.
